Since the implementation of the Security Journey, consistency in service delivery has improved dramatically due to templated security posture in-depth reviews (SPIDRs) establishing a baseline for every customer engagement and the wider Security Journey being a roadmap for greater security maturity based on the customer's environment.
Dom played a pivotal role in the strategy and implementation of how the Security Journey would operate. From working with the technical leads to build these SPIDRs out, to communication, cross-department collaboration, and basically every other angle - Dom owned this initiative. Since then, Dom has taken a role in Product Management, further supporting the development of how the Concierge department delivers the Security Journey to customers. Where the SPIDRs were initially very manual to prepare and track, through Dom's efforts and the efforts of his team and the engineering staff, they have become much more automated, trackable, and the outcomes are more actionable from the customer's perspective.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dom not only in the early stages of him developing the Journey, but now seeing the outcomes from the Sales Engineering perspective truly highlights how critical his work has been. One of the big differentiators for Arctic Wolf is the Concierge Delivery model and our approach to ending cyber risk, which doesn't happen without the proactive security engagements from the Concierge team. Customers come to Arctic Wolf for a myriad of reasons, but often stay because we are helping them to consistently mature their security posture and reduce their attack surface through these touchpoints and the Security Journey/SPIDRs. Without Dom's steadfast and dedicated work on the Security Journey, I strongly do not believe that Arctic Wolf would have been able to scale as effectively as it has.
